Q. Do you install residential life-safety and security systems?
A. In short, no. We do not supply systems for single family style homes. We do, however, provide life-safety and security systems for apartment buildings, dormitories, condominiums, assisted living facilities, and other residential type settings.
Q. Do you install vehicle alarm systems or cameras?
A. No. We do not offer any sort of automotive systems or technologies.
Q. Do you offer warranties?
A. Yes, many of our life-safety and security systems come with a warranty. Extensions for warranties are also available (certain conditions apply). Please ask your local sales person for more information!
Q. Do you offer a discount?
A. Yes. We offer a discount package with the installation of an EST fire alarm system. Find out more here!
Q. Do you accept online payments?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept online payments directly from our website at this time. We do, however, accept automated clearing house (ACH) and electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments. Please call our home office to set that up!
Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you need to make a payment by card, please do so by calling our home office.
Q. Do you accept checks?
A. Yes! If you would like to mail a payment, please send a check to Edwards Electronic Systems, P.O. Box 39, Clayton, NC 27858.
Q. May I have a Certificate of Insurance?
A. Absolutely! Certificate of Insurance requests for contract jobs should be sent to Carr Lee Washington and for service jobs should be sent to Sarah Brickell.

Q. How soon can you start on my project?
A. We will always strive to begin your project within a reasonable amount of time. As you know, there are contingencies that will cause variations in our start date. The best way to find out an accurate start date or update on your project is to contact your sales person or the project manager for your respective location.

A. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you have an unresolved issue, please submit a complaint or contact our public relations manager directly.
